I do enjoy ROTS, even though Anakin’s turn was laughable. But the other two are very bad films.

Only a handful of people knew what happened to Anakin. It's one of the Empire's biggest secrets. When Padme dies, they make her still appear pregnant so no one would know the child was alive.
Leia goes to Alderaan with Bail Organa because he can easily hide her as his own child since he and his wife wanted to adopt anyway. No one except Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Bail knew Anakin was the father, let alone the father of twins.
They bring Luke to Tatooine because it's a total shithole that no one goes to, including Vader. They didn't tell him who his dad really is. They told him his dad was a hero of the Clone Wars that was killed. Obi Wan tells him on Dagobah.

really, so when he meets obi-wan in A New Hope and Obi-wan says tells him he knew his father, Luke doesn’t even ask him his fathers name? you think that’s better writing?

If you knew nothing about your father not even his name, and you let someone who told you they knew him, you wouldn’t ask them what his fricking name was?

the explanations y’all give are not good writing. if you accept them it’s still leaves enormous holes in the plans.
It’s a plan that 100% involves Luke never coming into the imperial radar. in any capacity. It’s a plan that assumes Anakin will never even casually check in on his family on tattoine. And you can say “well he doesn’t” but you can’t assume that when you’re hiding children.
