1. I think medically spontaneous conception is used to describe the old fashioned way, but here I a using it to mean conception through supernatural means. Whatever theh may be, I don’t think the Queen had sex with a guy to great these kids.

2. If she uses the force to manifolds the force to creat a living zygote out of 100% her DNA I would call it spontaneous conception but they’d really be closer to force clones. This is all a semantics argument though.

3. the writer have not told us how it happens. you’re the one insisting you know and the show had told us nothing about the methodology. Either Lucas is a hack writer, or he came up with the plot to SW. Established the fact the Lukes name is Skywalker and his father is Anakin, and then came up with 2 more movies because Star Wars was a massive hit.
