It’s a talking point. This is their last line of defense, to attack the OT and PT so by comparison Disney isn’t that bad. These people can’t muster an original thought between them. It’s no wonder they shill for Disney, they’re clapping seals.

His storytelling was suffering, but the world he built was consistent and the rules and lore were held sacred. We didn't like midichlorians, but they didn't frick up lore. . .they just made an aspect of it a bit distasteful.
The Clone Wars was under George. Rebels was written and planned under George.
All held canon and lore sacred.
Now we get articles defending Disney Wars with phrases like "why do people think lore and canon is so important?"

You don’t know that Lucas set specific tiers of cannon so that the EU could flourish without conflicting or superseding cannon from the movies. He even created a position within Lucasfilm to keep the tiers in place so your ignorant narratives about how dumb and careless Lucas was is nothing but your corrupt bias and Disney propaganda bullshite. You don’t know what you’re talking about. All you do is spew ignorance.

I am going to just say we won’t see eye to eye on this one.
RotS over ANH is an absolute travesty. The only redeeming aspect is the lightsaber fight and hay apparently that isn’t enough.
Lucas made 2 Great Movies ANH and ESB.
I think RotJ is good. It may be a strong dose of nostalgia but I think it actually stands on its own. The Jabba scenes are classics. the confrontation with the emperor and Vader’s turn to the light sight is an epic ending to the trilogy.
I dont like any of the PT.
There is bad writing, bad effects, bad acting.
Lucas is batting .500 in my book. And don’t get me wrong they’re 2 HR and maybe a double but I sont think any of the PT made it out the infield.
Disney had made some
shitty products.
The ST sucks.
But Mandalorian is great. Andor is great, Rogue One is good. I liked Solo.
I didnt like Obi-Wan because it was too boring.
I don’t think I can get in to Ahsoka without watching the cartoons.
I think this show is still up in the air.

All personal preference, but RotS is easily one of the best SW movies. Easily. Some of the most iconic moments in SW happen in that film.
Ep 2, TFA, Solo, Obi Wan, s3 of Mando, and Ahsoka all fall in the "weak" camp. They had some very good and some really, really bad.
