Saw a hype thread a few weeks ago for the newest season (6?), most of you seemed to like it so I gave it a try.
I'm halfway through season 3 now and loving it. It's consistently good and exciting, with little twists and turns throughout.
So, thanks.
Stoked I still have two and a half more seasons to go!

I’ve never watched a single episode of it. Is there anything I should know from this show before Endgame? Or just any cool info that might fill in some gaps from the films?

Its the rare solid series where nothing really sucks.
Chloe Bennet was shaky at first, the girl was greener then the Hulk's urine, but she grew into the role.
Clark Gregg isn't the balding middle aged hero that we wanted, but he is the balding middle aged hero we needed.
It is a well cast, mostly well written, and very well acted show.
I give the nod to the Arrowverse shows for their ability to interact with each other for big events, but Agents of Shield is the best superhero TV show on the air.

Season 3 and especially Season 4 are incredible television. It's really been pretty strong since the back half of season 1. I thought last season started a bit slower than I'd hoped but picked up as it went along.

My only complaint about SHIELD is that Mockingbird didn’t get the call up to MCU.

I disagree. Ward being Hydra and then being completely rogue was awesome. Plus Daisy was hardcore in love with him.
And it’s weird to see “anchor of the show” used in a negative connotation.
That being said, the show had to move on from that storyline.

Not really. It stays sort of separate from the films. There's a little tie in sometimes but nothing major.

There are very few moments where I have been so pissed at a single character like I have been over Ward betraying SHIELD and revealing himself as a lapdog for John Garrett and Hydra.
That betrayal really shook me to my core when he dropped Simmons and Fitz into the ocean to die.
It was like Anakin Skywalker killing the younglings at the Temple.
