Jamie speaks in a Mancunian accent. Always has.

Eh, most people have no clue about the various British accents. Myself included.
Ona related note, I watched a video of Phil Dunster touring around Richmond. He was almost unrecognizable without Jamie’s accent coming out of his mouth.

For the closing scene I could see them fast forward a year and Ted is back at home watching with his son as Roy, Nate, Beard, Jamie, Sam, and the others lift the trophy.
