Nope!
Dammit!

I was looking forward to them defending the choice.

Melts are boring.

Everyone explaining why they picked BP would have made for great memes.

I really liked Green Book, but I didn’t walk out thinking it’s the best of the year. Not mad that it won though

Some people have had a pretty hard smear campaign against green book due to “inaccuracy” twitter should be pretty fun tonight.

Of course not, it was a terrible movie and was only nominated because: black superhero

It was nominated to make the oscars seem hip, but there was really no shot for best picture. The oscars nominate popular movies lately for this reason

Really happy for Rami Malek. He earned it. Did a phenomenal job of playing Freddie Mercury.

It would’ve been sketch if BP would’ve taken it.

If that was the case, Infinity War would have been nominated.

Green Book was a smart choice in a "weak year". Infinity War was way better

They have never nominated anything even remotely as close to BP’s level before.

Green Book was a good movie. Top 5 of the year. But not Best Picture IMO.

The Academy couldn’t handle another #OscarsSoWhite backlash

An Academy voter said they didn’t see “12 Years a Slave” but “knew it should have won”. I actually thought 12 Years a Slave was good and classic Oscar-bait type of film, but look at Crash. Typical pandering.

Don’t make a mistake, their voters have known the game and they knew it before #OscarSoWhite, but they got caught flat footed by some viral rants in a year where they didn’t have the normal number of token wins.

Of those nominated, I’m very pleased that Green Book won. Would have been happy with Blackkklansman too.

Loved not having a host.

No political monologue which usually sets the theme & encourages/empowers the Hollywood Deranged to say stupid political shite, instead of thanking co-workers and family members.
