I have so many questions about the thumb. How in the world are they able to keep that from getting infected living in a jungle?

Since he chopped off the part with the nail, is that gone forever? Does that grow back? Will he just have a nub?

That was wild they kept showing that on tv.

I like how they interview these people and many of them say how good they are at Survivor. I could see that one tribe falling apart, but there are so many cringe people on here, anyone with a modicum of intelligence would stand out.

I was surprised the guys that voted with the group last night. I get HR, but I think Carter voted against her as well.

Also as hyper and goofy as he is, I think being around Brady would suck after a very short while.

The challenges are good so far, but it shows you how screwed up the game is, that almost no one wanted to step up to organize the team to get the whale over. How is it, that Ori doesn't know how to lift dead weight and all these farmers have no idea how to move something that is heavy. Just take a minute to figure it out and get organized. I get the conditions and everything, but how can people not understand leverage?

Also, would it be unfair to let Ori wear his lifejacket. I would hate to be the one to try to save that guy if he panics.

Yeah, I think Rob might be a moron that doesn't know much about the show. Casting saw a guy with an accent, kids, and a ton of tattoos and thought he would be interesting. I could see Jeff being super pissed that a guy was trying to voluntarily go home on the second vote.

I have many of the same complaints as everyone has had in this thread, but I will leave 2 things that I am happy with this season:

1. I have been saying for years that I hate 3 tribes to start. So, it is nice going back to 2. It's such a better format

2. I actually like that they are adding a couple scenes where we hear the producers talk to the contestants. It's interesting seeing that behind-the-scenes dynamic come forward.

Before season 50 watching with my kids who really like it now I probably hadn’t watched since the late teens.

The game seems just so gossipy and boring now. There seems to be very little emphasis on the setting or actually having to do anything of value. Everyone just sits around a shitty camp and talks shite about each other

I also just wonder if the editing is just bad.

I also thought it was funny that they made a big dramatic moment about the guy’s thumb but not a peep about the blonde chicks damn near third degree burns

The big jacked black dude has been an absolute dud so far. He’s gotten his arse kicked in every challenge. The dumb wrestler is going to burn out spectacularly but at least he’s going for it.

I think this show would be so much better if they made it a bit longer and actually made them boil water and stuff again instead of being big brother on the beach. Maybe for the first immunity challenge you actually make them build a shelter that has objective criteria instead of just having everyone start making alliances walking from the boats lol.

They always vote out the attractive females early on. That half the reason for watching the show. I’m out, this show sucks.
