Guess they figured people already suspect they’re working together, nothing to hide now.
Can’t wait to see where people land post merge. Also looking forward to more Sol vs Rome beef.

The moment Sam didn’t play his idol last night, we knew that Sierra had sided with Sam and Andy, and Anika was the vote.
Have y’all ever seen somebody linger around that long after a Tribal Council Vote? She got up and stopped in 3 separate places before walking up to Jeff. It was a full minute. I’m surprised Jeff didn’t get her moving along quicker.
Andy Day 1 and Day 10 is a night and day difference. He credited himself too much for his lie to Rachel and Anika last night, but he was right, that conversation took place because of his acting to them prior. The way Andy played it, Rachel and Anika had 0 clue what was going to happen.
Sam is smart for not playing his idol, and showing his hand to Andy. Andy is still a loose cannon, but Sam has laid the foundation down now for Andy to basically be hitched to his wagon the entire game.
I’m pulling for Sierra, Sam, Sol, and Kyle early on.
I can’t stand Sue. Every little slight to her is because she’s a women and all men are misogynistic pigs. Have y’all heard, that Sue is a self made rich women, who owns her own flight school, AND NO MAN helped her get it? She needs to stop the Botox, and quit playing victim. The fact she really thinks people would buy she’s 45, tells me everything I need to know about that women.
Rome is still a twat, but I am glad he is trying to somewhat make amends with Sol.
Tiyanna throwing Gabe’s name out in front of everyone at social hour, was a disaster of a move. I understand wanting to paint a target on somebody else come merge, but she alienated most of her current tribe.

Probst and company addressed this on their podcast. Earlier in the podcast, Jeff was talking about how hard it is to edit these shows to the rigid time slot CBS gives them so every frame is important. Anika’s reaction and the expressions on the other players’ faces were so compelling, they left it in.
I’m really interested to see how Sol plays out the remainder of the game. He has to have a deep hatred of Rome at this point but can he put that aside and be loyal to his old tribe? I doubt it.

Seems like tribe alliances don't last long after the merge in the current era. I bet Sol goes after Rome (or vice versa) as soon as possible.

At first I thought Rome was annoying, but now I find his antics entertaining. Teeny reminds me of the girl best friend in every teen ‘80s movie. There’s always the guy chasing the hot chick, snd his female best friend who is secretly in love with him. She just has that look.

looked like she could actually stab a bitch.
Andy using the wrong end of the saw. is he really slow or is this just all an act?
Rome talks a lot of shite for a guy who couldn't put a single piece of a puzzle in place.

Would’ve been a good move if it was just and her and Caroline or her and Kyle at the reward. The fact she did it in front of 3 members of her tribe was dumb. She should have figured at least one person there is working with Gabe. Shows that she has no clue where she stands in the tribe and also no clue about the dynamics of her tribe. She’s lucky they keep winning.

He has to break free from the chains of Lavo. He seems like a great player whose game has been totally ruined by one jackass who is playing way too hard and as a result he has lost his autonomy in his tribe. Basically has to be told the plan and play along to ensure he sees the next day. Hate that for him. I also can’t read if Gen wants to work with him or not. Hoping Sol and Teeny can jump ship post merge and team up with some others to take out Rome and then let Gen scramble or bring her in.

What has Sol done to show he is a great player? I think we all root for him because we hate Rome, but he really hasn't done anything in the game. The only thing I can think of was realizing Rome was lying to him a few weeks ago. Even though he realized it then, he still didn't realize Rome was playing him this episode until he confronted Gen about it.

I haven't but that was hilariously awesome
She truly was blindsided.

Maybe I should have said he seems like he **could** be a great player. Comes across as calm, knows the game well, can work well socially, and good at challenges. But pretty much from day 1, Lavo is the Rome show and Sol has been forced into playing the way others want him to play. Maybe that was his pre merge strategy, idk.

I think Rome is kind of hilarious. To me he is pretty clearly on the spectrum.

Finally.
It was absolutely wonderful seeing all or Rome’s interviews where he brags on himself about how he’s running things and playing so well. I was actually worried that things were going to change and the vote go another way, without them showing us, like it happens so often. But they finally had a vote that went the way the plan they showed us was going to go.
I like Kyle more and more each episode. I liked him from the cast announcement, but was worried he wouldn’t make it far. Now I’m thinking he may be able to get to the end. I like Teeny as well! She just seems like a fun person. They’d both be in my group of (fun, weird) friends IRL.
ETA: I still can’t believe anyone believes Sue’s claim that she’s 45. She looks 60 at best. I guess that’s just something you go, “Oh, nice,” and then roll your eyes when she turns away. She’s horrible. And stupid.

Glad to see Rome gone, but Sue has got to go. She’s the most insufferable person out there annoying as hell.

glad to see him finally gone. and before jury where we have to still hear his mouth.
I will say that he handled it a lot better than i expected it. He got humbled and he went out with class.
I still don't remember them letting people hang around so long after the vote like the did the last 2.

the fake bake look isn't helping.
The skinny chick got the advantage and still sucked.
Kyle made a good move telling everyone how rome tells lies/half truths. Although he did say some of the things that Rome said but, Rome kind of led him into it.

her Kyle and the Chick with the glasses are my favorites so far.

Editing has been so good this season.
Agreed Sue needs to go, but I think Gabe will play to keep her around as a shield.

I think Sue keeps telling everyone she's 46 because that is what she spent on boobs collagen and tattooed eyebrows. If you look at her neck and hands, she looks 70, not in her 50"s. I think she works out and takes care of herself, but it surely doesn't show in the challenges. Her original interviews she was always saying she was smart and a pilot. They don't show that anymore. She looks like a caricature and rightfully people judge her for that.
I kept waiting for the lawyer to screw up the Rome vote again. He probably would have been a good person to keep around and deflect people from someone's game, but he must have been seriously irritating to get as many votes as he did.
I am really starting to prefer "The Summit" over 'Survivor". The game has evolved into a clown show with these goofball people who act like they are dying after a week in Fiji. People say they wanted more of the "Social game", well with all the idols and challenges designed to keep weak players in. It is getting very hard to watch. Bring back Australia or Africa. Those people were surviving, this is on par with a fat camp.

Big Tom lost 80 pounds in 36 days in the first Africa season. They were out in the bush with lions and shite nearby... I'm sure CBS's insurance people would shite themselves if that was proposed again.

Agreed. I'm sure production loved Rome though, his confessionals were a production jackpot. Plus a good "villain" always makes things more interesting.
Once they get back to returning contestants I would be surprised if we don't see him again.

Definitely agree. I was thinking it was too easy and someone else would be voted out. He was totally clueless but have to applaud his departure versus that crybaby last week.
