Why are you being so defensive?

She’s a very odd choice for this role. Likeability factor is really low. Supergirl is going to be a huge flop. The Gunn DC era will be short lived.

You should start a new thread to ask me that.

Does this: “It definitely made me aware that simply existing as a woman in that space is something that people comment on,” Alcock said." Equate to this: "Supergirl star Milly Alcock knows she'll face backlash by "simply existing as a woman“

The interviewer said backlash, Alcock said people will comment.

Negative comments equate to “backlash”. She’s clearly bringing up these comments as an example of backlash.

“But I mean, whose opinion do you really care about?” Alcock said. “If you’re p—ing the right kind of people off, you’re doing OK.”

The actress suggested much of the hostility directed toward her comes from faceless social media users reacting emotionally online.

“And it’s from a lot of people whose profiles have no photo, who are burner accounts,” Alcock said. “Or someone’s name and then ‘Dad of four, Christian,’ which is hilarious to me.”

When will Hollywood think of Jay Are? They keep saying/doing/manufacturing retarded shite as fast as a meth addled woodpecker. He's going to die of exhaustion manning the ramparts defending this shite.

Supergirl has been around for almost 70 years and had a popular TV series.

There won't be backlash for merely existing. There will be if the product sucks.

does this retard not realize that people troll online?

Hell, a lot of the burner accounts are probably leftists saying shite to her to get her to react and create the toxic fandom narrative

I wanted to be excited for this new Superman saga but frick if they aren't trying their hardest to tank it

For as much crap as the miscast Helen of Troy got, it feels like Ms. Alcock is getting a pass. I'm not saying she a mutant beast or anything, but I just do not see her as movie star attractive in the least.
