Stories you wish were movies

Just wanted to started a topic that doesn’t concern The Odyssey. Are there any stories from established movies or universes that you would have liked to see?
I’ve always wanted to see a movie that follows Vito Corleone’s story from the end of The Godfather 2 to the beginning of The Godfather 1. Not sure of the exact timeline, but from the 20’s to the late 40’s or early 50’s. I know the book covers some of this probably, but it would still be cool to see on film the rise of the Corleone empire.

Not yet a story, but it has been discussed. I'd love to see a Mad Men series about the lives of the living/remaining people after 1971...after Don's Coke commercial and the obvious windfall. Basically how everything worked out.
I would have loved to have seen Pete and Trudi's life together, Roger and Marie's life in France, Joan's production company, what Don did in advertising, Don's kids...

A Mad Men esque style show about the office of a wrestling promotion/promoter through its inception/early years, to the hay days of the territories, through the the advent of cable tv and national super stations, and leading into the consolidation of a handful of companies with nationwide coverage.
