To steal his thread you need to have your answer and have people come up with anything better.

There are only 2 answers here. Both deal with repeatability.

Arrested Development

LOST

Psych

I'm a sucker for shows that incorporate pop culture references/homages in a funny and creative way, and these three shows have done it best.

The back half of season 3 had some of the best episodes of the whole series, but yeah the first half had some snoozers.

yeah i agree. to me this is both entertaining and makes me LOL at times.

a show can be LOL funny..but not as entertaining overall.

so again using BB as an example, you have some tense moments (the cousins sitting on the bed with an ax or crawling across the desert) and then brilliant comedic scenes like the beginning of the "better call saul" episode with pinkman's buddy sitting on the bench.

AD was pretty much a one-gag show. dont get me wrong..i liked it quite a bit and need to rewatch it..but it was strictly a comedy through and through whereas something like deadwood mixed extremely dark violence with tons of humor.

Also, how can anyone say South Park based on that standard? Terrance and Phillip, Oprah, and others really sucked.

Well, that's a pretty shitty prerequisite to be able to call something the "most fun." I said South Park because over the last 15 years or so, SP has given me the most fun/enjoyment than likely any other show. And it's been consistently fun/funny. Sure, every single episode isn't a homerun, but every single show in history has weak episodes, so his criteria is inherently flawed.

Scrubs

Another good choice.

Also, as for Psych...American Duos FTW.

The Office - I never get bored watching this show. Even bad episodes are funny to me. Best cast on TV IMO.

Always Sunny - When it's on, there isn't much can top this. Though here lately it wasn't as consistent as it used to be. But still one of the most fun shows ever.

Firefly - This show was so hyped up before I watched I knew it was going to be a big letdown. Nope. I think there was maybe one episode I didn't enjoy, and that was just because there was too much Doctor in it. Very good stuff overall though.

This isn't close for me.

SG-1 for the long haul.

Firefly: Maybe the best series in history not to make a full season because of stupid studio execs.

Arrested Development is really the only show that fits this for me. Well, maybe Firefly too but that show was so short it's hardly fair to judge it on consistency.

Breaking Bad is easily my favorite series still being made but the episodes where they are setting up things aren't really as entertaining as when things are in crisis mode.

South Park is wonderful when it works. But it is wildly inconsistent for me. Most comedy is (Monty Python comes to mind). That is why Arrested Development is so damn impressive.
