Censorship does not automatically equal propaganda is what I was getting at when I asked about the nunchucks in the UK release of TMNT.
Propaganda is a promotion of an agenda. A banned weapon not being depicted in a movie is not promotion of an agenda just as shrinking the size of a black character on a movie poster in a different country is not promoting an agenda.

Ok buddy. Congrats on being completely incapable of defending your claims. It's become fairly obvious you don't even know what constitutes as propaganda since you can't come up with anything to support the notion a Star Wars movie, a Cinderella movie, and a female superhero movie is somehow endorsing the Chinese government's agenda.

Once more, please explain how any of those movies are Chinese propaganda.
