She was able to read his mind after he failed in his attempt to read her's.

Was Snoke a Muun? If he was then that's Darth Plageis, I think he is.
He's not a Muun, but Snoke is almost certainly Darth Plagueis.
If you need an unofficial confirmation, listen to Darth Plagueis' theme from ROTS. Then, listen to Snoke's theme from TFA.

Sorry if you're so sexist that you think that someone's sex and muscle has something to do with them having the ability to grasp supernatural powers.
Female heroines are stale. Every movie has them now. I hope the dark side is about to win and Por ends up saving the galaxy. Same way Han did in the OT. All the jedis do is sword fight each other. I mean, in ROTJ the rebels were gonna destroy the death star no matter what happened with Luke and Darth. It was an irrelevant battle. Han and Lando were the real heroes.

Well, then you're sexist to be frank.

Did the New Death Star destroy Coruscant
No. One new law or rule of the New Republic is that they move their capital from planet to planet every few years. That was Hosnian Prime that was destroyed.
To answer some further questions...
I'm not sure if y'all saw the new official map of the galaxy, but essentially Coruscant was at the center/core of their galaxy and naturally territory was expanded outwards. Well after the Battle of Jakku, the New Republic essentially signed a Armistice with the remnants of the Empire (now called the First Order) - Think the treaties that Germany signed after each of the World Wars. They were essentially suppose to demilitarize and stay on the outer reaches of the galaxy, which they did for the most part, while secretly militarizing themselves and eventually it wasn't so secret. Rather than have another all out galactic war, the Resistance was created to fight a proxy, somewhat Cold War. The First Order effectively declared an open war against the New Republic by destroying the current Capital and killing the new Chancellor (they dropped Supreme from the title for obvious reasons).
Hopefully on a galactic level we get a war for Episode 8 while on the micro level we get to witness Ren's final steps of training with Snoke (he clearly told Hux to bring Ren to him to COMPLETE his training) while we see Rey (who clearly has more midichlorians flowing through her veins than Ren) being trained by Rey. I am now committing myself to the idea that the big reveal in Episode 8 will be that Rey's mother was Force-sensitive, but she was seduced by the dark side and Luke had to kill her. I've heard one theory that Felicity Jone's character from Rogue One will be Luke's future wife/baby momma, but that seems too... easy. I'd like to think that Rian Johnson has more prowess and skill as a writer for that.

Saw it this afternoon, loved it.
Now granted when I thought about it there are a few things I wasn't a big fan of, I may bring that up later, but it was talked about it. But I'm really excited for the way it's going to go in the next few movies.
Only think I haven't seen talked about is how big they made Snoke, it was strange for me. But this was a minor thing.

It was a projection. He isn't that big, the first time we saw the Emperor in Empire, his face was 10 feet tall.

Snoke is a completely original character. This has been stated by both Serkis and JJ. When your best case for Snoke being Plagueis is vague similarities in movie scores, you have no case.

The snoke thing bothered me too. It was like starwars turned into LOTR for those shots. It would have been better if it was obvious it was a projection from the beginning.

Well, that was just a hologram. I believe Snoke is actually around 7 feet in height.
Edit - And just a note on Snoke - this character needs to be cleaned up immediately. This should priority #1 for Johnson, because if they fail with developing Snoke as a character, the remaining two films will fail. Snoke is vital to this plot, and if they can't improve upon what we witnessed in TFA, then the next two films are in trouble.
The CGI was absymal - something I would expect out of a budget science fiction film, not a brand like Star Wars with the monetary backing of Disney. And it's not just the aesthetics - everything about this character is ripped straight out of "Bad Guys 101". His mannerisms, facial expressions, dialogue...it's all incredibly generic.
This character needs to have some depth added to him ASAP. And the CGI needs to be drastically improved.

Obviously Snoke is a very powerful force adept and the Sith ruled by the rule of two. They seek out all force sensitives and destroyed or corrupted the ones not part of the Order, how would Snoke survive? And who jacked his face up? Plaugeis could revive the dead, maybe even himself.

Why do you think of her as a female first? She doesnt have the "girl power" thing going for her at all. She's not cut from "Katniss" cloth if you will, in that she's an entitled bitch which almost all of these "strong women" are. She's simply a good character the way I see her.
It's simple why Rey is a female: we have had no female Jedi and it's an obvious way to differentiate it from the first two trilogies and it could make for a fantastic character we've never seen . Really as soon as I heard about the sequels, after calming down thinking Disney may ruin it and realizing George already had, then the first thought was "well, they'll clearly have Luke's daughter as the protagonist." It's a very obvious and organic route to take. I doubt any film maker would make Rey a male if they were to make this movie.
Rey is kind of a revelation when it comes to female characters. She's everything a character should be and just so instantly likable. As I said, that 3 silent minutes of watching Rey's day-to-day life was better than everything in the prequels combined and would have made for a fine short film on its own. It made me care for this person in a very short time frame, something the prequels failed entirely over 8 hours.

I know this may be a dumb question but was the snow planet and the new Death Star one in the same or different? At times it looked like it was built into the planet.

And JJ has said since then that that was a mistake and that he'd never do it again. Let's be honest here, what do they gain by keeping Plagueis a secret? No one will give a damn if Snoke turns out to be Plagueis. His contribution to the film series was a 2 minute exposition in ROTS. Granted it's more than likely that he created Anakin, but it's pretty clear that this new series isn't going to focus on the events and actions or even characters from the PT timeframe.
Again, let it go man, just let it go.

I only have a few nit picky complaints.
1. Chewy should have been the one to console with Leia after Han died, not Rey. Rey didn't know Leia and they first time they see each other was like they had known each other Rey's whole life. Instead Chewy is in the background celebrating the victory after his best friend and partner of 30+ years was just murdered. Walked right past Leia.
2. The final scene. Really wished Luke would have grabbed the light saber instead of Rey holding it out to him for what seemed like forever. At the least they could have shown him just starting to force grab it and cut to credits
3. How was Fin immediately so great with the light saber? Rey I kind of get being that she is so strong in the Force, but Fin takes on Ren like a seasoned veteran albeit not quite on Ren's level.
All in all I loved it. Great "oh shi"t moments, a few good chuckles, and great characters to flesh out over the next 2 movies.

Rens style wasn't that great or fluid.
Watch Vader in ESB. Much more fluid, powerful and direct.

I think the extended stare and associated sentimentality was to emphasize the point that Luke had finally encountered someone that he loved and cherished dearly - likely his daughter.

I agree. Finn fared better against Ren than he did against a Stormtrooper. I don't care how injured or mentally mercurial Kylo may have been - he was a Skywalker that had received some degree of formal training from Luke and Snoke. That fight shouldn't have lasted more than two seconds.

You do get it was a hologram and made to look "synthetic" like Star Wars holograms do.

I'll be dammed if that wasn't incredible. There's no such thing as a perfect movie particularly in a sequel 30 years later but that left me wholly fulfilled with a stupid high personal level of expectations.
The only character who left me in disbelief was Finn with a lot of comic relief for someone raised to be a stormtrooper. Otherwise his other screentime was great, Rey is a great heroine, and Ren is a wholly believable villain. Damn strong job JJ.

The planet was the weapon. It was built into the planet.
