Yea, it's literally just the first episode. There is zero nudity in every other episode unless you consider a random bare shoulder "full frontal."

Just saw this post. Loved the movie and never watched SG1. Started it recently and am through most of season 3. I think it is superb so far. I usually fade out of a series well before the end unless it is super short. I'll check back in and let you know how far I make it if I can.

Richard Dean Anderson has a lot of references to Kurt Russell's version of the character.

Season 3? You are starting to get into the best story arcs. Stick with it and Atlantis. Totally worth it.

The show is OK, but Corin Nemec is a very good friend of the family and he says it was the easiest money he’s ever made.

Jonas wasn't a bad character, but that was a terrible story arc.

I just did a rewatch of SG1 a couple of months ago and had completely forgotten about the Jonas stuff. Weird storyline that didn't seem to fit.

The Jonas story arc came out of no where because it had to. Micheal Shanks didn't renew his contract for season 6 as he was unhappy about the direction Dr Jackson's character was going.

Wasn't money a factor too with Shanks? I know he also voiced thor (or one of the asgards) later on. I'm sure he got paid extra for that.
