I couldn’t believe the reaction on here after the trailer. Everyone said how hilarious it looked and I swear I thought we were talking about two different shows

I think this was manufactured early as a gag against Trump's Space Force. I hope the show is shite. And the real Space Force may have to actually save us from the Chinese up there.

Yeah I’m not sure where the hate is coming from on this.
It’s silly satire in the Spies Like Us mold and has been about what I expected. Was hoping for The Brink type show and imo has a very similar feel to that. It’s not as consistent three episodes in, but I think that’s mostly because it is focusing so much on only Carrell’s character while Brink really had a wide net of characters and storylines.
Hoping they widen the lens and I think that will go a long way to not having some of the scenes feel as forced. Rumor was Carrell wasn’t in every episode so that should be happening soon.
Still a solid watch with a lot of potential.

It’s horrible. I watched two episodes last night and it really isn’t amusing outside of a handful of lines. The Marcus better not run his mouth but was funny though. I thought it would be good like the Brad Pitt War Machine but frankly it’s not even close.

I liked it, and surprisingly it doesn’t really make fun of the idea of a space force. It makes fun of bureaucracy and hints on Trump’s narcissism without ever saying Trump. That way it doesn’t seem politically hateful.
