Saw an article that this will be a 6-episode season. Sucks.

Wasn’t last season only 7?

Plus, we got a couple specials.

I am just happy we are still getting anything over 25 years later for one of the greatest shows ever.

Greatest is of course subjective, but it’s hard for me to think of another show that can come close to the quantity of good content South Park has created. 25 years and still churning out good episodes that ring true to the earlier episodes.

I the first 8 seasons of the simpsons to death but the current iteration is just a different show altogether from that origin.

If you need a public shitter in Japan, often times you still have to drop the kids off in a hole in the floor.

When I was in Japan backpacking, the toilets were a hole in the ground... Or as we called them bomb shelter toilets.

In college, you could walk down the engineering corridor and see dozens of people lined up, squatting on the sidewalk smoking. I learned they were affectionately referred to as "squat-puffers."

I had no idea how someone could squat in that position long enough to smoke a cigarette; trying to take care of business in that position seems like a nightmare. Little too close to the shoes for my liking.

It's pretty unique for any TV show to have the original creators still hands-on after so many years. The Simpsons, of course, went through lots of different writers and showrunners over the years, bringing different interpretations and styles.

Apparently they're making less episodes because they're obligated to provide Paramount+ with full length content. HBO Max is suing Paramount+ over this.

South Park is the modern day Chaucer. It’s not only fricking hilarious but brilliant. They hide behind dick and fart jokes, literally.
