EXCLUSIVE: Sony Pictures has won the derby to finance and distribute #9, the working title of Quentin Tarantino’s next film, sources said. The film is set in Los Angeles in the late ’60s and early ’70s, with Tarantino hoping hard that Margot Robbie will play the role of Sharon Tate

The film is an ensemble, and Tarantino has had conversations with Tom Cruise,  Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio for the two main lead male roles

Even though the film will involve Manson he said it's really a movie about the 60's

Hopefully he keeps his creative control. Sony is an awful studio.

I can't see any of these guys as Charles Manson. I'm surprised Walton Goggins wasn't mentioned

I'm an unabashed Tarantion fanboy.

I did not like Hateful 8 at all. To me it was a caricature of his work.

Just terrible in almost all aspects.

I loved it, too.. wasn't the best movie of 2015, but better than any movie that came out in 2016 IMO.

When people wonder why Hollywood keeps putting out shitty movies, it's comments like this that are the reason we keep getting action schlock.

I liked The Hateful Eight, although the last chapter was a little disappointing.

FIFY

The Hateful 8 was not bad at all. Very enjoyable.

Didn't like a single character.

Well, maybe Kurt Russell.

Single white female was one of the most vulgar characters I've ever seen.

The characters were all losers; nihilistic ugly film.

Kind of like how Summer of Sam wasn't really about the Son of Sam I guess.
