Something is annoying me about the Sonic Movie

First off I’ve watched all 3 with my kids in the past week, really well done kids movie I was impressed. My 6yr old is obsessed.
In the first movie, Sonic runs by the speed trap to test his speed and he’s going 300mph and seems happy with that speed. Later in the movie it’s shown a few times that he can run so fast time stands still for him, he runs from Montana to the Pacific and back in a few seconds, outruns missiles etc….
Seems like an obvious continuity issue, he’s going MUCH faster than 300mph

Sounds like you want to meet the producers there.

Yea probably, seems weird to have it in there. Make it say can’t read or something. Why would Sonic be impressed he can max out the gun when he can outrun bullets?

Never watched any of them. Sonic is and should remain a place to settle disagreements via knuckle checks.

Kind of cool to relive your childhood. It’s not Shakespeare, but it’s fun.

Running that fast is easy when you're naked except for shoes

The power levels in super hero and comic book movies are never constant.

A movie about a magic alien hedgehog on earth and this is what you’re worried about?
