Tig now has more reason to come back to clay.
Tig was Clay's Sargent, I think Jax moving him down just confirmed to them that Jax was in, Clay was out.

I dont see Tig having any hard feelings towards Jax about it

Is Chibs the new sgt at arms?

Also, were Romeo and his #2 in the CIA...OR were they in the cartel working with the CIA?

Maybe but then thats not TIG. Tig is feeling responsible for CLAY's accident. Unless the truth comes out about what happend to Clay ( one reason Opie might not be back in the beginning) i see Tig siding with Clay. What about JUICE watching the SHIELD while in the POKY. Seems like sutter loves the Shield even now.

Definitely somewhat of a set up episode. If I recall the season 1 finale was like that.

Donna's funeral, Jax going to his dad's grave, etc.

Do you have to pay royalties on a clip that small? I thought they had to be a certain length? Would they have to pay Michael Chiklis for that? They probably just used it in editing as an in-joke.

No way in hell Opie bailed. His wife and Dad have been killed by Clay. If anything, his absence could've meant he knew Clay would be alone and was killing him. still no way he bailed on the club.

The only reasonable explanation as to why they would allow him to live would be if the cartel had Tara and Op's woman and demanded that Clay be there to settle the business that they originally agreed to

yeah he locked it.
I take it he did that in case he needed them, he knew where they were and had quick access to them.

Nobody else that Danny Triejo WAS the informant after last week's episode?

"Yeah, we're well connected with informants."

Next scene:

"Nope. All clean."

And if that is Jax's personal tool chest, it is unlikely that anyone will touch them. I think it is. Did you also notice the couple of ounces of ganj and the pistol?
