I saw the opening sketch and laughed my arse off. Then I went to get drunk and missed the rest of the show. It sounds like it was an awesome show this week.

I LOVE how someone in the studio audience yelled out "GEAUX TIGAHS!!"

Awesome.

Only skit that sucked was the caligula skit.

That one wasn't nearly as bad as the very last skit with the two girls talking and Timberlake rolling by across the screen even now and then.

I agree, thought Caligula was easily the worst skit of the night, though I did have one or two laughs. Everything else I enjoyed.

Does anyone know why Abbey Elliot was let go? She was pretty good.

Also, Andy Samberg needs to come back to SNL

That was seriously one of my favorite skits in a long time.

A lot of good stuff on last night's show. Caligula wasn't good and I didn't love the cold open (could have been better material for Timberlake), but the cameos were excellent, Maine Justice was goofy but decent, and even the Veganville skit worked.

How could you not like that sketch?

To my gym teacher who said "You'll never do pornos." Why would you say that to a 12 year old. And, you were wrong bro.

Just watched it. Pretty solid episode all around. Agree that the Sober Caligula sketch sucked, but even that one was better than some I've seen in the last couple years.

JT is fricking hilarious, and always does great on SNL.

The show from beginning to end was probably the funniest since Bradley Cooper hosted in 09, and that one was mostly due to I'm on a boat

What was the opening skit, and where can I watch it online? Most links I see (NBC and Hulu, for example) start with the intro where the music plays and they introduce the cast. Is the intro even worth watching? I meant to DVR the show, but forgot to.

And I don't remember when it was, but it was within the last couple years I think, but I enjoyed the one where Jim Carrey hosted fairly recently. For some reason, the Merryville Brothers carnival ride sketch cracked me the frick up.

The opening skit was JT playing Elton John singing a song about Hugo Chavez.
