I haven't watched it yet. The 1st episodes are usually kind of out there and confusing. I don't like that they have only 6 ep.
Weren't the earlier seasons around 8 ep.?

It’s always been six per season. Part of the reason they have such a good turnaround between seasons. I didn’t get a chance to watch last night but I plan to tonight.

Great episode tonight.

Taverner was extra cunty as first chair.

River on the hood of his Dad’s car was something.

It’s going to be so strange seeing River be a badass as Bond after getting clowned on so much in this show.

She was a real bitch for dropping that comment in front of Standish.

I think they will keep Lowden.

I think Apple will try all they can to keep him, which will require a big pay raise, but it would draw some attention to Apple TV and bring in some customers to see what show he is in.

If they can't keep him for good, I think he would give one last season and they kill him off. It would give a chance for the writers and Oldman to show an unfiltered raw emotion from Lamb that we haven't seen.
The viewers keep thinking surely he will show some real emotion and behave like you should in a circumstance but his veil of cynicism, humor, rudeness, and brashness comes up to hide his feelings. You have only gotten small glimpses of it but it is in private and well hidden beneath.

I was actually pissed at Lamb when he told Standish about her old boss being a traitor and left her at the gas station.
