Saw it Friday night, literally got the last 2 seats and had to sit in the front row as it was sold out and the following showtime was as well.

1920s and they scratching records, twerking and have a dude looking like Bootsy running around while they have african shaman dancing. Interesting scene
Set in 1932. Excellent scene

Finally saw it last night. Pretty wild. Cool blend of ideas. Great editing.
I was wondering why he wouldn't let go of that guitar neck after that wild night. He wasn't going to let it stop his dream. That's how legends are made.

Finally made it to the theater to see it last night.
The set design, the music, the performances, and the technical execution were all exemplary. I didnt think anything would be able to come close to topping the "music through time" sequence, only for it to be matched by the Irish jig a short time later. Probably the 2 best shots of the year and they're both in the same movie. Loved the shot of Lisa crossing between the 2 shops as well. O'Connell and Caton were incredible and I hope this proves to be a breakout for them and they get tons of big opportunities. Was incredibly sad that it devolved into by-the-book genre schlock for the last act. All the careful, meticulous build-up of the first two acts was unraveled the moment Grace screamed
Really good movie but could've been an all timer with a tighter script

Yeah, he's very likely getting a nomination. Caton was good too. I believe this is his first role.

The scene when he first plays in the car with Stack was pure movie magic

As much as I loved the movie, I do agree this marked a change. Honestly, it felt like the vampires could have won pretty easily at that point.
It doesn’t really change how I feel about the movie, but I definitely agree that’s where it did start to feel a bit more like a typical movie in the genre.

Watched this last night. I guess I’m in the minority, because I didn’t care for it. Other than Hailee Seinfeld looking hot as hell, and delroy lindo being really solid, it was just meh. It didn’t help that I’ve never rated Jordan as an actor. He’s too over the top for me.
Overall it wasnt anything more than an ok at home watch, and I’ll completely forget about it.

I watched it the other day and was pleasantly surprised. Its one of the better movies I've seen this year. Jack O Connell is a damned good actor. I like him in everything he does.

Watched this weekend and found it was a letdown after all the hype it’s received.

Watched it on the plane today. What an awesome movie. I love Micheal B Jordan. The dude can act and is a stud in anything he does. He reminds me of the 90s action heroes.

Agreed. Acting wasn't great & that script needed some tightening.
I was entertained a bit though.
