I assume you have read the books? Here is my question for the book readers without spoilers: I drive roughly 2-3 hours a day, is it worth getting the audiobooks to listen to while driving? They are on Apple Books for the set at $7, I feel that is a no brainer.

I think so. It was a good read. Good story. One thing I think the show does not do as well as the story is the feeling of the Silo. The book just gave me a very claustrophobic feeling.

Show needs to speed the frick up. It’s going at a snails pace. She needs to gtfo of that silo.

Pretty annoyed with the last episode. The caption appears to get into what I'm wanting to know, the history of Silo next week.

Why? It's the episode where some stuff finally happened

I expected to get the episode 9 answers in that episode, 8.

Was there any change into how they would release the episodes? Releasing all episodes at once would make more sense for this series. Either way I’m fully in until the end.

No change, I agree. I like the show.

Loved episode 9. I'm so ready for the final episode. Lots of things to tie up. Anyone know how many seasons they are doing?

Definitely the best of this season. Lots of info and an exciting cliffhanger.
Apple has confirmed the show will run for 4 seasons, which was the original plan when they pitched the show. The gap between this season and the next shouldn’t be as long as the last.

So i haven't watched the latest episode, but did finish episode 8 and it's turning out like every other pile of shite show. All men in the show or either evil or weak. All women are powerful and noble. I haven't read the books but my wife has. And they've gender swapped a few characters, from what she told me. Walker is actually a male, which means they swapped genders to introduce a lesbian angle.
The story is intriguing in general, but why do they have to keep doing this in every single thing they put on tv or the movies?

No doubt. The ending blew my mind.
It does make me wonder. the tunnel the other characters found in the earlier episodes, is that related to the one the shadow went to?

And as Esquire said, 4 seasons confirmed as of a few weeks ago. If it really picks up, I'll be happy. S2 was really dragging for me.

It’s just too slow. They should have been where they are now in easily one season. Too much time on characters and story that don’t mean anything and aren’t needed.
The old gay lady and perpetually mad black girl are all-time bad characters. Like Ana Lucia Lost bad.

That's a heck of a comparison. I don't necessarily disagree, I've actually found the overall acting average to poor. Even Tim Robbins seems robotic, but maybe that's intentional.

I loved Season 1. Season 2 has totally sucked imo, but Episode 9 was awesome. Easily the best of the season and really gave me hope for the series again.

they sure do know how to end every episode on a cliffhanger.
I assume the next episode will end with the Kyle guy entering the tunnel and getting to Juliette's silo and the season will end right when they discover each other, leaving a giant cliffhanger.
