I had this discussion with a friend recently, but my main gripe is that if only Atlanta (or we can say all of Georgia/thousands of miles of surrounding area of the Silos) was the only area that was nuked, and the rest of the world is still going strong; And this is congruent with the hypothesis that the outside isn't toxic (aka toxic fumes are given to you when you go out to clean in that detoxification room and not when you step outside)... Wouldn't someone or some drone have crossed paths with the Silos at some point? That would be such a disappointing outcome to me if people in California, for example, are just living life like normal.

I think the pact was the same, but I do think they had different outcomes based on the people that went into them. Different genetics and innate personality characteristics, etc. They're trying to erase everything about the people and rebuild them how they want, but you can't erase the human condition. That is kind of a theme I feel.

It's sort of an anti-communist theme in my mind

Everyone doing a job tor the betterment of society and not fighting and not having unique thoughts. shite doesn't work.

there was a memory wipe because there was a rebellion 140 years ago. There was already a mayor in place that left the coded message that was found on the relic harddrive about the tunnel at the bottom of the silo.

Yes, I assume you are talking about Salvador Quinn who was the head of IT during the rebellion 140 years ago. But in theory, there could be some explanation to the tunnels being there when they were discovered 140 years ago. And to my point, the suggested timeline of 210 years between the nuke dropping and the rebellion could be significantly shorter.

I firmly believe Helen's child (and thus Helen/Daniel) are a lot closer in the timeline to present day than we are suggested to believe at this point. I'm just spouting conspiracies though.

So that at the end, is that the one Silo who left for a bit I take it? Can't remeber the number, was that 18 who many left and killed? (Assuming by the bots from 1)
