I thought it was entirely TOO obvious. This episode spills it's guts, so to speak, now we know why Skye is different, who her mother was, why her dad hates Whitehall.. it's all entirely clear, just like Coulsons visions..

My first thought was that they had hooked up previously, but who knows a this point. I don't think they've hinted at anything that they would know that they don't want to tell Lance (that I can recall at least).

I don't know if anyone ever came back and confirmed it here but, during the preshow recap last night, they showed the scene where Skye's dad brought Winterfell the obelisk and dad def didn't touch it.

I think that was a work thing and has something to do with Lucy Lawless. It sounded like Mac said something about 'bringing him in on' something.

I didn't like it either, too much of the bobbsey twins, Skye almost beating an agent that gave Mae all she could handle, fuking Ward being a "master mind", doesn't add up and excessive fitz-simmons drama as well. The flower dress girl was obviously going to betray them and they completely failed not to get duped just seemed like they all flopped in this one.
Wasn't a very good epi imo.
The other thing that bugs me is how the hell does Whitehall NOT KNOW who Skyes dad is?
