Can’t remember what season but stopped watching around the point most episodes centered around Debbie, Lip being way too serious, and the gayness with the red head was overdone.
The show was great for about 2-3 seasons, but did not age well.

They had fun with the premise the first few seasons then went over the top political. For some reason the poor white trash from the South side of Chicago started to talk like woke white kids from the North side.
All of a sudden these kids who relied on street smarts the whole way growing up with their delinquent white trash family in a damn near all black neighborhood, need to recite slide 3 of the Northwestern University freshman presentation on diversity verbatim, in the form of Debbie lecturing her family at the breakfast table?
Funny enough though, the “Mo White” storyline actually white-washes the actual history and culture of the south side, which would have never elected that character at any point during Frank’s lifetime.

I've never watched the show, but I'm pretty sure most heterosexual males watched it to see Emmy Rossum's naked body. As I understand it she hasn't been on the show for several seasons now, so I must ask what's the point of even watching it anymore?

THIS X 1,000. What was the purpose of that? This show doesn’t even follow a storyline anymore. It’s like an episode of Seinfeld each time. Honestly haven’t watched it after this seasons third episode.

And when she left she took all the boobs with her. Just dudes asses now. I'm sticking it out for the final episode, but it's eye rolling bad now. The SJW crap is just cringe worthy now. The show totally lost it's way.

They were extremely liberal lately, but still watched. So disappointed in the finale. Nothing but loose ends. No Fiona. Allegedly because of scheduling conflicts (bullshite).

I didn't think it was bad. I am accustomed to bad series finales. I think you can't tie everything up. The viewers need to carry on some imagination about what happens next.
Frank passing was perfect IMO. I would have like to see Carl and Lip firmed up.

I can’t believe I even watched 7 seasons of this show. I stopped because it was getting too repetitive.

I didn't think it was possible to have a worse finale than Dexter but Shameless made it happen.
