Series to watch: Orange is the New Black or Hell on Wheels

Need a new series to binge and I've gone through a lot of them.
Which one to watch with the wife out of those two. I tried to get her on board with Trailer Park Boys and she wasn't having it.
what say you? I've previously had no interest at all with Orange but it's so popular I guess I have to get to it eventually.

Your wife will probably like Orange. I liked the first season but it went downhill quickly.

I really have no interest in Orange. But I'm kind of running out of worthwhile shows to binge.

Orange is definitely a good show, but the writing becomes so preachy and then the relationships are way too inconsistent. One episode, two women could be buddy buddy, the next they're trying to have the other taken out.

That sounds just like girls in high school. Very realistic.
I like both shows. With the wife in on the deal, I'd say try Orange. Hell is more of a guy show.

Early seasons of Hell on Wheels are damn good. Falls off a cliff pretty quick though.

Do you like whiny, bitchy lesbians who act like life is unfair even though they (for the most part) willing broke laws or a dude killing a bunch of other dudes interspersed with some subpar acting from Common?
Hell on Wheels is actually pretty good except for the last 1/3 of the final season. Can't say the same for Orange is the New Black.
