RIP Col. Patterson.
His role in Ghost and the Darkness and Tombstone will always be my favorite roles he portrayed.

Well, he was a Christian Scientist. They routinely refuse routine medical treatments for things like pneumonia. I know he was being treated for his cancer, but he might have just let the respiratory infection go...

RIP a Real Genius…was the first one I remember seeing him in.
Saw this movie way too many times as a kid. Jerry hates popcorn.
Didn't realize this was the same person... never even paid attention to it or thought about that being the dude from Real Genius. Of course I see it now with the pictures together.. neat.

Someone once asked Michael Biehn how he got along with Val Kilmer. His response: "I never met Val Kilmer; I worked with Doc Holliday."

Felon is a very underrated movie he was in that I liked. Solid actor and seems like a very likeable guy. 65 is still so young. RIP.

Him not getting at least an Oscar nomination for Doc Holliday in Tombstone is the biggest injustice ever perpetrated by the voters of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Their mom Joanne Whalley wasnt bad looking either. I think every boy in 1988 had a crush on Sorcha.
