I was reading his suit earlier and he is saying the trailer is what is defaming him as a child molester. In the trailer they, allegedly, only used his image and name and juxtaposed that with the allegations of crimes others committed. If so, he may have a case. Defamation is very hard to prove though.

I'm on Episode 1 of the documentary.
I think they definitely insinuated it with the talk about Schneider and Bynes always being away in rooms by themselves.
I think there was a lot of bs in there too about a bunch of other stuff. Either that or the parents certainly watched and put up with a lot of stuff they shouldn't have.
Lots of very bad parenting.
Drake's dad found birthday cards that had explicit stuff written in them. The dad asks Drake about them. Drake says he didn't know anything about them. And his dad says, "And so, we just left it at that."
This is while he suspected Brian to be creepy and getting too close to his son.
WTF??
