Usain Bolt has the luxury of God given speed. If he didn't have that I'd beat him in a foot race.

Harry has scoreboard on Voldemort on multiple encounters.

Well, I think the point is that Harry was pretty much Voldemort's kyrptonite. Against any other wizard, he's pretty much just above average in abilities. No doubt he becomes stronger as he ages though.

Which brings up an interesting point. We don't know how powerful Harry becomes later in life. He could potentially end up being a very powerful wizard.

Him and Ron become the next Moody. So I'm sure they're pretty beastly.

1. Jaden Solo
2. Luke Skywalker
3. Annakin Skywalker
4. Kyle Katarn
5. Leia Solo

Just some playful ribbing, I enjoy Harry Potter generally and am intrigued by this debate given my only exposure is the film.

I think "most powerful" misses the point, as its that kind of thinking which gets people killed. Harry has an argument for being most powerful because he steps away from this silly debate and doesn't have to sepnd his lfie dueling people.

And I think people are underrating the badassery of McGonagal.

I have her sixth, which I think is an accurate ranking. She's not in the top 4's group, although she very well could be. She's stronger then my bottom three and that much is certain.

What about Regulus Arcturus Black? Wouldn't he have to be pretty powerful to get the locket in the first place?

I think the Weasley brothers are pretty powerful. Think of all they could conjure up.

Bellatrix is ranked too high for most poster's lists. She seems intimidating because she's crazy, you could beat her just by finding her weakness, which is her pride.

1. Dumbledore
2. Snape (I put Snape as two because he was able to dupe Voldemort for so long with his awesome Occlumency skills...and ultimately kept Harry alive. He kept readers guessing until the end.)
3. Voldemort
4. Grindlewald
5. McGonagall
6. Lupin
7. Moody
8. Granger
9. Lestrange
10. Shacklebolt
