The Mines of Moria sequence from LOTR Fellowship. It was the first big action scene in the trilogy. I remember sitting in the theater watching the entire sequence unfold thinking "This is the coolest thing I've ever seen."

This is the scene I chose in film class back in the late 90's. The writing, delivery, mise en scene... all perfection. Incredible scene!

It's easily tGOAT movie scene IMO. Two incredible actors doing work with a fantastic script. It's as good as a movie scene can be.

There were a lot of great scenes in that movie. My second favorite behind the "No, the defense is wrong" is the scene where Stan thought he was getting a conjugal visit from Vinny.

I don't have a link for it but I nominate the caravan ride into and out of Juarez in "Sicario".

Sicario. Hell yes

Have you heard the soundtrack? Go find "the beast". It's what was playing when they flew over Juarez. Chilling.

Legolas - "Faeg i-varv dîn na lanc a nu ranc."
Their armor is weak at the neck and under the arms.

Also from Helms Deep:

Legolas - "Shall I describe it to you.. Or should I find you a box?"

Gimli - "I cannot jump the distance you'll have to toss me! Don't tell the elf!"
Aragorn - "Not a word..."
