Tbh, I dont care for Forrest Gump either. There's always just been something about Tom Hanks that I didn't like.

yes, about 2 years ago i asked on the board which mafia movies i should watch and almost everyone suggested Millers Crossing, with some saying it was the GOAT ganster movie and some saying it was in their top 10 movies of all time
i almost feel asleep halfway through it
300 is a great example. i think the "bro" crossfit crowd got caught up and thought it was cool to like it. movie isnt that good and is VERY over the top
also, i think bridesmaids is one of the worst movies ever made

I don't "hate" any of them, but I dislike all of these movies:
Forrest Gump
All the Lord of the Rings movies (I didn't watch the Hobbit movies, but would probably dislike them also)

Have been on this boat for years though it's no secret. Pithy dialogue does not a great movie make.
Every Zack Snyder movie I can think of with the exception of Watchmen is hot garbage. Watchmen is tolerable. Seriously. And I originally thought 300 was amazing and the future of filmmaking when I saw it in theaters opening night. I was blinded by the violence and style. That may be the worst movie to make over $400M at the box office ever made.
