Holy crap this show is amazing. Started it last Monday and I’m nearing the end of season 3 and they just told Paige they are spies. My god what a good show recommendation.

The Americans is fantastic. Phillip is an all time great character. FX really knocked it out of the park with The Americans and Justified. Shame they bailed on Terries so frickin soon in that same time frame.

What? I love Philip and Liz, but frick them.
They are murdering commie spies. How many innocent lives and families have they destroyed? I always pulled for them, but I NEVER felt sorry for them. And people act like Paige is a bitch in every thread about this show. People seem to forget that she's just a teenager, and found out that her parents are not travel agents but Russian spies. And that their entire life has been a lie and everything her parents have ever said to her has been a lie. How would you have reacted at the age of 16?

I just finished the series! Loved it, sad it’s over. Elizabeth Jennings was a smokeshow. Her sex scenes were world class.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. It’s the best television show of all time. I was hooked in from the pilot and it never had a lull or a down season.

Only regret is we didn't get an post-USSR glimpses. But it is still a perfect show.
