Some really good ones here. A few of my favorites...some mentioned...some not:
Ride of the Rohirrim from LOTR
Quints speech from Jaws
Opening sequence from Saving Private Ryan
Han Solo in the Asteroid field from ESB
Linus Speech in Merry Christmas Charlie Brown
Music sequence from Close Encounters
Duncan’s death, chase and final fight in Last of the Mohicans
And all of Raiders if the Lost Ark....but especially...

I won't be posting a clip but I do love a sensual moment in a film that plays up an erotic tone without being overtly sexual, specifically,
Titanic- Jack Drawing Rose
PULP FICTION Vincent Vega Tying Off Tarantino romanticizing heroin use

The “50 eggs” scene in Cool Hand Luke... or the “Lucille” scene... or the “tarring the road” scene... or the “how he got his nickname” scene

Gladiator - the Are you not entertained scene when he stabs the guy with 2 swords, pauses then pulls them out and decapitates him.. was pretty badass

Best scenes in Jaws (one of my favorite films) are the ones without the shark. The USS Indianapolis scene is amazing.

The last 10 minutes or so of unforgiven is some of the best movie making /storytelling in my opinion.
Like you said, it starts after they kill the guy who cut the girl and they’re standing under the tree. You see William money basically transform into this killer we’ve heard so much about. Then he walks into that saloon and you know it’s over for little bill.
Also some of the best one liners.
“You just shot an unarmed man!”
“Well he shoulda armed himself if he was gonna decorate his saloon with my friend.”
Headed to YouTube now.

That is the difference between a meh film and a great one. The focus should be on the characters. Its about them dealing with the situation. The shark in jaws was on screen for 4 minutes, Spielberg's dinosaurs in Jurassic Park..14 minutes. Spielberg as well as anyone understands the importance of the imagination in relation to story

The Jaws scene where pedophile yankee gets mauled by Jaws in "the pond."

I forgot this...
Although its cliche now because Simpsons did it...
It's still one of the best endings to a movie ever about the love of film. All the clips Alfredo was forced to cut because of the local priest.

SPOILER--Andy's big scene. (if you've seen the movie you know what it is. ...THE scene. ...and no, it’s not the rape).

There are Great ones already mentioned.
Josey Wales. Dying ain’t much of a living. Buzzards gotta eat same as worms.
Revenant. Rides the horse off the cliff.
Goldeneye. Tank scene as he takes out all the buildings and the statue. The perrier truck was beautiful. And Bronson straightening his tie at the end was just the right touch.
Stripes. The entire movie, but the obstacle course with Bull running down the hill and the black guy slipping on the log.
Caddy shack. The baby Ruth scene. And when Rodney Dangerfield runs over the black guys boat and he jumps in the water before he gets hit. I’m usually crying by this point.
