I think Nicholas kills Glenn at which point they all realize rick was right and they decide to take over the town. Then from out of no where another group (maybe led by the exiles) shows up leaving rick and his group in turmoil. Help out Alexandria or let this other group wipe them out.

The extra 30 minutes screams "main cast dies", I consider Glenn main. He's been there since episode 1 (voice).

Why would anyone want Maggie to die? Even if you don't like her character, she's one of the few remaining pieces of eye candy left. But when the producer said to bring your kleenex & people will be screaming at their tv's, that means it would be someone signficant to the show to the extent that character will be missed. A dark horse: the baby? (sarcasm)
