North Carolina where janelle is from has "Internet sweepstakes cafe's" where people play online casino games like poker.
I'm pretty sure this is what they were talking about on the show.

They probably get references from the local talent in town over who the biggest whore is.
Watched this show for the first time ever and LOL that scene in the parking lot was gold. I enjoy laughing at the whores on this show and the stupid shite they say and do.
But it is also a reminder to any and every teenage girl in america that they could wind up just like the whores on this show if they aren't careful.
