Since they have already green lit season 2 of Loki I would expect a pretty big cliffhanger in Episode 6

That’s fake news. One website said they were filming season 2 this summer and Marvel has already denied that. It likely will have a season 2, but I doubt they even begin production until next year at the earliest, late 2022 is the absolute earliest we’d see it.

I saw a theory that the TVA exists in the the quantum realm, since time works differently there.
