Honestly, that didn't cross my mind once when watching it. It was set up like CSI which is another of CBS's shows.
The only random thing I though during the episode is that the mastermind has clearly never held a gun before.

If Keanu wins I think Lauren goes by a vote of 3-1.
If Kelley wins I think it’s a 2-2 tie and Vince sends Keanu packing.
If Lauren wins I have no idea what would happen as I feel like they’ve gone back and forth about it. I’d assume Keanu goes and Kelley stays.

Vince is too much of a coward to make the deciding vote to eliminate Keanu.
