Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally, and David Cross join the cast of The Umbrella Academy

On Friday, Netflix announced its superhero drama added Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally, and David Cross to the cast. Offerman and Mullaly, who are married in real life, will play the characters Gene and Jean Thibideau. The pair are community college professors from New Mexico described as wearing sensible footwear and “suffer from the most extreme case of deja vu this timeline has ever seen.” Meanwhile, Cross will play a business owner named Sy Grossman, who Deadline says is “desperate to reconnect with his estranged daughter, who will stop at nothing to get her back.”

I'm surprised they got enough interest for a 4th season after Ellen Page went insane.

And we all wondered why Offerman chose to do that part in The Last of Us. The parts are rolling in.

Clever of them to make Allison an insufferable count to draw attention away from the elephant in the room. Her whining about everything SHE lost as if her and only her pain was worth anything.
Hopefully they'll find a way to ice Vanya and find another super to bring into the family.

S3 was a big ball of suck. I’ll probably watch but the drop in quality from S2 to S3 was huge.

He hasn’t really been hurting for work since Parks and rec. I feel like he’s one of the busiest actors in Hollywood and has been for a decade plus.
