Dude, there can be attraction between two people and rejection at the same time. It seems you latched onto the final three words of what I quoted and nothing else.

And it confused you because I just threw out the first Bond movie that came to my head instead of listing every strong female character in the bond franchise?

Ok

Full trailer is out and damn it looks good. Not sure about the new recruit from Wakanda, but will give it a shot.

Does the pacing of the trailer feel weird to anybody else?

Looks good. Ben Whishaw was such a great choice for Q.

- Even more convinced now that Rami Malik is really Dr. No. (see below)

- Really hope this isn't another movie where Moneypenny, M, Q, etc. all join Bond in the field.

- Looks like Bond retires but isn't married. Guessing the movie starts off with him married then she "betrays" him somehow. Just hope it isn't another Vesper 2.0. situation.

This is straight out of Dr. No...

When they showed Malek in his suit and slicked back hair, I immediately thought of Dr. No.

I would not be surprised if that is who he is supposed to be considering Bond’s wife has a secret and is also a doctor.

Solid trailer by the way. Would watch again with lotion.

Bond tries his usual seduction techniques but they fail miserably. It’s very funny.”

Sounds hilarious

Has anyone told them we've already seen this multiple times in prior bond films?

Let's look at the facts here:

- He looks like Dr. No

- The title is "No Time to Die,"

- The lair looks like an updated modern version of the one in Dr. No

- There are people wearing hazmat suits that look identical to the ones in Dr. No

- A segment of the official announcement of this movie was filmed on the "Crab Key" beach from Dr. No

Of course it could just be a bunch of homages to Dr. No. I'm thinking he's some sort of genetic doctor who has figured out how to clone or live a long time.

Yeah, looks like his angle is something along the lines of genetic engineering.

If anything, he may be a villain more similar to Stromberg or Drax who wanted to eradicate humanity and then recreate the world in their image.

Holy shite the dialogue in this movie looks shockingly bad

When Bond pauses and mumbles "control" I literally burst out laughing

Almost everything spoken in this is cliched nonsense

Can't wait for people to talk about how great it is that they finally have a strong black woman who can kick Bond's arse. As if we haven't had that before....

I noticed that too. It felt like a fan made trailer.

That trailer didn’t have any effect on me one way or the other. I have Regal Unlimited so I’ll catch it.
