The garage a bullet fired from the defendents gun with the victims dna on it. Case closed. I dont know how they cleaned it up and I really don't need to. I have a murder weapon with evidence of a bullet containing the victims dna. Show is over. Drive home safely.

Maybe she touched the bullet before he fired it or picked it up after?

In either case just basic phone records are pretty damning. Particularly avery who is talking directly to victim
Was there a phone record of that? I'm not sure how much this matters, since it does nothing to establish any kind of timeline, but I'll pull that string for you.

Sure, but we aren't talking about today.

It is completely obvious to anyone who is not a dipshite she was shot in the garage and burned in Steve's fire pit.
Not according to the jury.

You maybe need to stop reading all this bs defense team propaganda and apply some basic common sense. She walked in was attacked and disposed of all in the same little area she was last reported to be alive and where her remains were found. It doesn't get any simpler really.
You need to stop relying on your version of "basic common sense", and start applying some science and reasoning.

Or, maybe it got there in a manner similar to how the lab tech's DNA got there.
ETA
Unless you're saying the lab tech also touched the bullet before he fired it or picked it up after?

Wait seriously?
I havent gotten there yet. Doesnt that rule out that piece of evidence?

I could've said spoilers but I guess after 70+ pages it slipped my mind.

Not in Manitowoc County.

You're just as bad as those that say he's innocent no matter what. Same with the other guy and his "facts".

Yes. Some are facts, some are speculation, some are irrelevant, and some are contradictory.
Break it down for me. I tried to leave my speculation out of there. And please explain to me what your issue with the bleach is. He said they used it. He had stains on his clothes consistent with using it, and they found it in the garage.

You're doing exactly what you're accusing the documentary of doing.
Actually I am not. I am listing facts. I think they are pretty much self evident.
If you have a problem with one or two, please expound upon your issues. But if you just use blanket statements like I don't think your facts are facts, well, that is really ground breaking and informative there.

Enjoy the show. It does a great job of getting the audience to focus on details that don't really matter when you step back and look at the entire picture all together. It also slanders police officers and their credibility without any proof, which im hoping the officers realize and try to act on. Nobody ever really asks how the officers could possibly ececute a frame up so well without contaminating some evidence with their own dna. But I forgot those guys have super human powers and a long line of people supposedly covering everything up for them in fear of paying out a 40 million dollar lawsuit. The whole premise gives those officers way to much credit and severely overestimates their abilities.

Steve Avery is gonna get exonerated sometime in the next year or two, I'd say there is a 99% chance. He never should've been convicted in the first place.

She obviously changed her tune when she realized she had to testify and would be in deep shite if she were caught lying. Which she would have because they were asking her to go into detail, something she couldn't do because... she made it all up.
She made it all up yet it led to BD confessing. It led to BD giving them details they didn't know about. It led to those details being investigating and finding more physical evidence to back up parts of what BD was saying.
So, we have a choice here. Either she lied on the stand and she was actually correct the first time. This then led to confession which led to evidence supporting said confession. See how everything lines up there?
The other possibility is she lied the first time and told the truth on the stand. That lie led to a fake confession that through just old dumb luck led to the finding of evidence to support the made up story that BD just kinda made up.
Interesting. Which do you think happened? One sounds a heck of a lot more probable.

The just the "facts" guy can add a thousand more facts including whether or not the sun was shining that day too.
Once you get all the "facts" you need, tell us when, where, how, and why she was murdered. A simple long paragraph of 6-10 sentences should do.

Phone records don't matter? Really?
Ok. At the end of the day, lets just stick with this. She never answered her phone or made a call after she was seen at SA place.
He called her after the killing saying she never showed up. That message was left with his number. Many feel that he was trying to leave some alibi of sorts.
He later admitted that she was there. Why would he do that? He is a moron? A bit suspicious, no? Proof he killed her? Nope. But when taken with all the other things, it looks guilty to me.

Bedroom, her suv while in garage, in garage, and fire pit.

It really does a great job. At the end of the day, it was an engrossing documentary. Not neutral by any means, but very interesting.

I don't have the time, or frankly the desire to rehash every single item on your list one by one. Everything you mention has been addressed in this thread, and more than once I'd guess.
Oxygen bleach does not stain clothing.

So you admit evidence could have been manufactured/planted?

I addressed this above.

The prosecution couldn't even do that.
