I do like that trailer better

It may disappoint me, but only when compared to other Tarantino movies. This is the one movie this year that I feel like I can be 99% confident that it will be in the 8+ range (Scale 1-10).

Most people who've read the script said its spectacular, maybe his best script ever. Whether that translates to the screen or not, who knows.

That gives me hope. I like this trailer better.
Sam Jackson looked creepy.

the film looks great and should please everyone who is a fan of Tarantino.

I've loved every Tarantino trailer ever until this one. Everything about it seems too out of period, too self aware. I'm an unapologetic QT fan, so I'm sure I'll still love the movie though. I just don't see how it's not awesome.

I've read it, and it is a damn good script. I'm eagerly awaiting it.

It won't.

I don't put too much stock into movie trailers.
This trailer isn't my favorite tarantino trailer ever, but I have a really hard time believing this movie won't be amazing
Didn't Tarantino say himself he wasn't happy with the trailer? Maybe I made that up

Qt doesn't make bad movies. DU will be good. Whether it's up their with his best work like IB is up in the air.

For selfish reasons I wish he'd have held onto this for a little while longer after IB... seems rather similar in a lot of ways.
But I'm sure it will at least be an 8 out of 10. I really like going to QT movies on opening night (or shortly thereafter) because you get a really intelligent theater audience (full of huge QT fans) which helps a ton.
