Should I treat it as a one-season show?

2 season show. I think the 2nd season is better than the first. And it has a good "ending".

After season 2 it gets bad quickly. By season 5 it's laughably bad.

Laughably bad spoilers

It was fine until spacey had to leave before finishing series

I dunno. Watching a murderer yammer on about standing by “Pussy Riot” in solidarity against tyranny was just one example of how much this show forgot what it was and began to suck. I think the first two seasons (borrowed from the Brits) were fantastic. After that, eh.

Agree with those who believe the series should have stopped at the end of Season 2.

The final scene of the second season is a perfect end for the show

I have never watched this one. Did the fine folks of this board enjoy it?

As many others have said, season 2 provides a perfect stopping point. YOu get resolution to a good many storylines, you've seen enough in 2 seasons to really pique your interest and get you invovled in the show, but can end on a satisying note leaving you happy and pleased with what youv'e seen. As it moves on after season 3, the storylines go into comically terrible direcdtions and it almost feels like a different show. It goes withotu saying that the quality of these seasons is vastly inferior. If you stop after 2 I dont' think you'll have any regrets. If you just truly get the itch I'd say maybe read some big picture overview recaps of some of the succeeding seasons and if it doesn't sound too stupid watch at your own risk.
