I do believe Adam's two gentlemen will go home tomorrow. James did well and even better than Will, but neither did good enough to stay on the show.
Tonight was the best performance for Tessanne throughout the season.
Cole & Jacquie did great as usual.
Cole was battling a scratchy throat tonight, but it didn't slow him down a bit. The NBC station in S'port did an interview with Cole before the show. You can see it here.

After JL gave a truly screechy up & down performance & Christina was in her best turd polishing mode it hit me how much better Javier's performance was in season1. My wife thougbt JL was terrible. Strongly question what the pumpers are listening with regarding audio tracks. T, other than one brief stretch, was really good.

Tessanne and Jacqui are secured in the top 2 this week. Will and Cole are fighting for 3rd and James is gone. Will has a slight advantage at coming in 3rd over Cole at the moment.
With Tessanne, Jacqui, and Will as the projected finalists, I give Tessanne a 60% chance to win, 30% chance to Jacqui, and 10% to Will.

You should have your hearing checked. If you are diagnosed with tin ear give up watching, much less listening to, reality singing shows.

Ironic considering this entire thread pretty well has Cole, Jacquie, and Tessanne Top 3.
Tessanne who you have 4th, is already #4 on iTunes Top 10 and will be this weeks leading vote getter, just 3 hours after the show has ended. Jacquie is #9. No one else in Top 10.

Popularity contests are not synonymous with performance quality. There are multiple junctures in JL's performance where she wants to take the song to gospel powerland and comes up short, @ 1:15 and 2:00 are most obvious, and that, plus a twangy, nasal quality in many areas where she tries to bring it back down do not work for me at all. She is still who she was. Will, OTOH, took a very wordy lyrical song and did a very nice job with it, like T, other than one small interlude in her performance, was very good and consistent. Is what it is, you guys can be fan boys to the 16 year old to the cows come home, but that order would still be my vote.
Then I went back and listened to Javier's performance of "Angel" from season one and there is no contest and he stayed in form to the song instead of trying to turn it into something it's not. As I said last week, I don't care who wins but I am not going stump for a contestant whose performance is lacking in multiple instances either.
Good for Will in maintaining the final top 10 on iTunes.

Does only one go home tonight? I forgot how it goes. There's no Twitter save. I recall hearing that at the beginning of the show.
I think Cole has a following and will stay in tonight. I think James is history. Tessanne is getting a bump and has never been in the bottom. She did well last night, though I'd barely put her in 3rd and maybe a tie for 3rd with Will, but that's based on the season not the sole performance.

Yeah I based my "Will going home" comment on the whole season. His performance last night was good. Probably his best of the season. I just don't think he deserves to be there based on the whole body of work.

I'm with you. Dude was bounced around in the challenge rounds, and I'm suprised he's made it this far. He's good, and I'd much rather listen to him than Tessanne or JL, but if he stays while Cole goes something is wrong. He did do very well last night, and that's why I'm worried he might stick around. All the votes and iTunes from just last night might be enough to put him in the finale when Cole has been consistently great all season.
