Y'all thought Matthew was average last week with Hallelujah? I'm so tired of hearing that song in singing competition shows, but I thought he was fantastic last week.
I don't get all the "hate" business on Kat. If we don't think she did a good job, we "hate" her? That's just not true. At least, for me it's not.
She had a good performance at some point, but I don't recall what it was.
I think Will has a lot of followers and apparently, I don't "hate" him like some of you. The itunes folks apparently liked him also. He was ranked above some of the singers I like better.

Matthew has been the most consistently good, and by good I mean great on this show, of any of the performers this season. Filter out your own subjective likes/dislikes of music genres, et al, and it is easy to hear.
Kat, for her last performance Monday, I would give her an A-- for visual/theatrical and C for vocals, she never gave a great performance in her time on the show.
Blake at least gave Austin a mea culpa, I knew he was f'd when Blake bestowed that shitey tune on Austin....but the worst song from that night was Caroline's own choice. The Twitter save needs to go AND the fans /voters deserve to see the real results before that BS is accounted for. Caroline may have gone home instead of Austin without that crap.
I don't get why some don't care for Will, dude has been very solid.
If Blake tries to place a shitey song on either Cole or Ray I hope they have the balls to argue out of it. Austin wasn't going to win, but I preferred to hear him do his thing vs 3 people still there. Caroline, although I am sure she is a great person, sounds somewhat like the dying squirrel I took from the AmStaff's mouth this morning.

Hating on someone isn't the same as straight up hating them. I'm not sure why you're so defensive about the word "hate" these last few pages.

I'm fun hassling folks like they hassle me, Coco. I'm not defensive. I don't care enough to be defensive.
I didn't like that song choice for Matthew either, but it worked for him. He made the very best out of it. He was still in the top 20 on itunes yesterday with that song-higher than any other performance of song on the show. He was beating himself.
I'm going to go think up some other people to hate on, now.

There are no suspect candidates left now. All are good. It will become a popularity contest. Song selections are critical. 1- It has to suit the strengths of the singer and 2- It has to be a good song people like.
Celo hit a homerun with his first two songs for Caroline and sucked on the 3rd. She picked a horrible song on the last show.
Blake has done ok but did screw Austin on that crappy song.
Adam and witch Tina have done the best. Consistently picking good songs. Ray will have to have a great song to survive as will Caroline IMO

The pick may not have been the best, but it was special to her and even though it just may not be a very popular choice, she did nail it with her rendition of the song.

Yeah, Caroline did a good job with the song. She's pretty much got one genre and it isn't a popular one like country, R&B etc... so she's naturally going to have a limited audience, I believe when it gets down to fewer and fewer people.
Ray has to definitely come out with something awesome to hang in there, I think. He's got a following and wasn't in the bottom, but we'll have to see how strong the following is. I think Matthew is picking up folks.

That's true. She has one of the purest voices, but she is limited. I think the same goes for Ray. He has a great voice for the music he likes to sing, but it limits him as well.
