The Wire if I'm forced to name one, though it's not really possible to compare drama to comedy, so I'll add Arrested Development.

Star Trek 1967-69 the orginal series.
What's My Line 1950–1967 CBS
After Dorothy Kilgallen passed away in 1965 the show was never had the same feel and the play off between her and Arlene was gone.
The years Fred Allen is panalist are some of the best game type shows all time, watch him and Red Skelton go after if you get a chance.
Debbie Reynolds has the best quest appears ever on the show in 1954.
LINK
And you get to see the talent of Ernie Kovacs, who passed away much before his time.

Wonder Years, great show.
My all time favorite is Friends. Second would probably be Wonder Years.

Right now it is Lost.
But if the final season of Breaking Bad is up to par with the past seasons that will be it.
I wasn't a fan of the Lost finale, but it still remains my favorite series.

Arrested Development
I've lost track of how many times I've seen each episode but over that last 8 years I've probably seen each one 10+ times.
