Not sure of the movie, but that's Amy Irving (former Mrs. Steven Spielberg) in front. And the guy in the suit was the same guy who played The Phantom of the Paradise, but I'm pretty sure this isn't that movie.

I stopped searching at the 1978 movie “Junior High School”. Of course that’s wrong but I did learn that a very young nerdy Paula Abdul was in that movie.

Figured this one might be a bit tougher. It's from a movie called Withnail and I. It's a good flick, the guy in the middle also had to beat a guy to death with his own shoes once. Nasty business, but he got the M&Ms and Ozzy went on to do a great show.
