Age of Consent I got a copy at Barnes and Noble. The incomparable Helen Mirren in her first movie and in some of it she is nude.

If I remember correctly, Clint did all of his own stunts in Eiger Sanction. And it was some intense shite. A stuntman died while filming.

One of the best John Wayne movies that is not a western.

This is a hilarious movie with Cary Grant.

No Time for Sergeants is hilarious, it is just fun to watch. Funny to watch Andy Griffin basically play Barney Fifth in a movie.

The Island starring Michael Caine. He and his son go to the Caribbean, they encounter an isolated group of pirates. They kidnap Caine's son and brainwash him. Caine goes to rescue him. OT Pirates of the Caribbean just insanity the whole movie? For years it was only available on vhs, but now it's on blu ray and currently playing on one of the premium channels, I forget which
I love this movie. It really gave you an idea of what real "pirates" would be like.

And the ending is liquid awesome. But, whenever I see "The Island" on the channel guide, I know it will be the shitty Scarjo Logan's Run ripoff.

No. You're mocking him for suggesting an all-time great in a thread calling for "favorite older movies that some may not have seen." Correct?

ETA: I will go out on a limb and say that most of the younger generation have not seen Lawrence of Arabia.

A stuntman was actually killed on the Eiger where a large rock pretty much crushed him. After they finished work climbing the needle, permission was revoked and it has been climbed very little since then.

It seemed plain enough.

Name some of your favorite older movies that some may not have seen

It said older, not obscure.

That seems likely.

Or have any idea who Lawrence was.

This is actually from a scene in the movie.

Sharif Ali: Having led them here, have you no feeling for them?
