Blue Velvet, Elephant Man, all of Twin Peaks, Dune, Eraserhead and Mulholland Dr.
Dune and Eraserhead on TV. So I don't know if they would be better uncut. Loved Twin Peaks but was a little disappointed in the reveal.

You need to see Wild at Heart. Bobby Peru is pretty creepy too.(also NSFW)
The best line I ever read about Lost Highway was, "The only certainty was uncertainty" (something like that anyway). Weird and confusing like Mulholland but with a very noir vibe.

I've got some DL catching up to do at some point. Maybe a Lynchian weekend.
I've seen
Blue Velvet
Wild at Heart
Lost Highway
Mullholland Drive
and some of Twin Peaks/Fire Walk with me
I wish I had seen Blue Velvet fresh for the first time as an adult. I had seen bits and pieces of it as a kid thanks to older siblings, and had a vague concept of it as a weird movie about bad people.
The fun thing about Lynch movies is the discussions that follow, because you never really "get" them. The surest thing I can say about Mulholland, for instance, is that I think he's making a pretty dark commentary about Hollywood's treatment of talent, but in such a such a way that it's probably lost on its targets.

I've seen every Lynch film. Blue Velvet and Wild at Heart take the cake for me.

But isn't that what makes it so great? It's the movie that opened Pandora's box for me. It makes you feel a way that you've never felt before and a way that no other movie can. What other movie can you say has moments where you're not sure whether to laugh at the ridiculousness or be scared shitless at what's going on? It's such an awkward and uncomfortable experience; basically everything the Hollywood popcorn movies in theaters are not. Lynch manipulates you in a way that is unparalleled. His movies are a trip; like seriously tripping. Not only do his movies make you say "wtf?", but they still have tons of meaning, symbolism, etc. and the man is a master behind the camera. Quality film making, bizarre stories, and an experience that you can only get from him.
but
Eraserhead took my anal cherry

He did a bunch of short movies that are just as weird as his regular ones. They're all on youtube if anyone's interested. He also put out an album last year called Crazy Clown Time. Judging by all his work I'd say the man obviously loves drugs.

But Blue Velvet is the creepiest movie I've ever seen no doubt about it.
Ben in Blue Velvet. Ben has to be one of the creepiest characters I've ever seen in a movie. It's so subtle, but once you watch the movie multiple times you see it.....and you shite bricks.

Damn. Seen the short films but didn't know he had an album. His views and talks on meditation and such are awesome.

One of the weirder movies I've seen.....but most of the weird movies I've seen were all directed by David Lynch.
I like the movie but I can't figure that damn thing out.

If I had to rate Lynch's films:
Eraserhead
Blue Velvet
Mulholland Dr.
Straight Story
Elephant Man
Inland Empire
Wild at Heart
Dune
Fire Walk with Me
too bad Lynch has become so brainwashed that he'll probably never make another movie.

I watched Blue Velvet again a couple of weeks ago. They're both excellent.

I've blown more loads to that lezbo scene more than one man should. Honestly haven't seen the whole thing, probably should

One of my prized possessions - Blue Velvet poster signed by the cast and Director.
