The Ringer Network has a Podcast devoted to OP’s Premise called “The Rewatchables”. It’s a great listen.

I think much of any movie like that for me, I own, so I can watch whenever, but I tease my wife all the time about her list:

Jurassic Park/World (Any of them)
A Time to Kill
Deadpool
Fried Green Tomatoes
Rocky/II/III/IV/Creed (She doesn't acknowledge V and Balboa is rarely on)
Pitch Perfect 1, 2, 3
Coming to America
Harlem Nights

I just realized I have a couple:

Star Wars (Any of them - I'm usually just curious where they are in the film, then I can change it)
The Avengers
Any Captain America
Real Genius
Top Gun
Pulp Fiction

Marty gets me the most consistently, particularly Goodfellas and Casino.

Pulp Fiction would be in that category as is Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, as well.

ETA: And of course Shawshank. I should also have said Fifth Element, Blade Runner and The Outlaw Josey Wales.
